How Corr Loop Works
Peaks & Valleys
The Corr Loop system is made up of a panel comprised of a repetitive pattern of aligned peaks and valleys. These valleys have a ledge that extends beyond the adjacent peak, creating a patented loop surface that can support the mounted material. These valleys create a space between the mounted product and the corrugated sheet, providing a clear ventilation path to exist. The peaks allow water and air to flow between the panel and the wall.

Mounting the Corr Loop Non-Directional Panel
Corr Loop is mounted using fasteners inserted through the valley of the panel and into the backing surface. The difference in Corr Loop is a much larger head screw can be used for added strength and support.

The ledge system associated with each valley of the panel protrudes above their adjacent peaks, providing a surface to support the veneer product.

The thin veneer materials, such as thin brick or natural stone, is secured to the Corr Loop panel using an adhesive recommended by the material manufacturer at the point of contact with the peak of the panel. Wood siding, full brick and drystacked stone all need specific clips.
